RMA Group started in 1988 as RMA Services, a sole proprietorship providing services as an Employment Agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower of Singapore. Its core competency was in the recruitment of local and Malaysian manpower for Clients in Singapore.
Due to steady growth as well as embarking on a new strategic direction, RMA Services was incorporated as a Private Limited Entity and renamed as RMA Consultants Pte Ltd.
RMA Consultants expanded their services to include placement of foreign workers from China, India and Bangladesh. Our Clientele covers widely in the Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Hospitality and Government sectors.
In a joint venture with a local company, TWC Projects Pte Ltd, RMA Consultants venture aggressively into the contingent workforce support sector securing a project with Hewlett Packard Singapore.
TWC Projects Pte Ltd renamed to RMA Projects Pte Ltd and to focus on Project Management Projects. RMA Contracts Pte Ltd was incorporated to provide Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. RMA Contracts roll out its fully automated Human Resources Management System, a web enabled application fully developed by its in-house IT department.
RMA Contracts was appointed as the Master Vendor for the provision of contract labour to Shell Singapore. RMA Contracts ventures into the provision of data entry services starting with a new contract with DBS Bank.
RMA Infoworks Pte Ltd was incorporated to provide IT services leveraging on its strengths in developing web based applications for the Ministry of Education and Hewlett Packard as well as to support sister companies in the RMA Group.
RMA Projects secured project for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction of a Air Separation Plant for Taiyo Nippon Sanso in Singapore RMA Contracts expand BPO services into Document Archival and Records Management. RMA Group turnover hits the S$10 million mark.
RMA Fulfilment Hub at Kaki Bukit was officially opened. RMA Group ventured into the provision of Call Centre Customer Services for the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. RMA achieved the status of a Singapore SME 500 company. RMA is admitted as a statutory member of the Singapore Business Federation. RMA is awarded Certificate of Appreciation for its involvement in Singapore Airshow 2012.
RMA is certified Business Safe compliant by the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
RMA Group turnover crossed $50 million mark. RMA Group expanded its facilities to support its manpower outsourcing and recruitment to occupy 3 office units in Jalan Sultan.
RMA Group provided outsourced manpower services for VISA in India and payroll services for Shell in Myanmar.
